Stability OT is a dedicated, community-based Occupational Therapy service supporting older Australians living at home through Home Care Packages (soon to be Support At Home). Our mission is to help clients maintain their independence, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

We conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to identify any barriers to daily living and mobility. We work collaboratively with clients, families, and care coordinators to develop tailored strategies and recommend practical solutions—ranging from home modifications and assistive equipment to rehabilitation programs and falls prevention.
